Accommodation
Please note that accommodation needs to be booked and paid directly to the venue you choose to stay at for your visit to Scotland. We suggest the AC Marriott Hotel for networking purposes and all transfers will be located there. But you are free to choose your own accommodation and make your way to the AC Marriott Hotel to meet the rest of the group. The organisers take no responsibility for bookings for attendees.
Attending the meeting
We would appreciate if you would give us full details of your travel into and out of Scotland so we can assist with your attendance. We also recognise that on occasions delegates will book onto events and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In this situation we ask you to notify us of your need to cancel as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Please send cancellation details to the event organiser by email.
- Please inform the event organiser if you wish to send a replacement delegate, including their requirements (e.g. dietary, access etc.). Please supply their full contact details so that any advance paperwork can be supplied directly to the replacement.
